Offering organic produce, pantry items and pies, dairy, meat, meals, frozen croissants, quiches and more. Long before the snow has melted, hundreds of baby tomato, herb & pepper plants are putting down roots in their very own kitchen. Eventually they make their way over to the greenhouse where they are given a bit more room to grow. Then, after a few days of hardening off, they are planted in the field right around the same time the market opens for the season and the rest of the crops are planted directly into the soil. Growing corn, potatoes, asparagus, raspberries, peas, beans, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, squash, pumpkins, beets and garlic, makes for some pretty serious tractor time.
